Beach Baker have recently been instructed to locate an intermediate / senior level cost manager to act as number two to the QS Director for a small multi-disciplinary firm based in central London.
This position would suit a professional who is looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to help grow a team around them in the future. You will need to be self-motivated, capable and able to work independently.
As leaders in the commercial office sector, you will be working on a mixture of projects involving CAT A, CAT B, structural refurbishment, re-modelling, contract admin and refurbishing existing space and will touch on other property sectors too.
The successful individual will be delivering their own schemes, act as client liaison, eventually be involved in business development through new and existing leads / clients. Those who are not yet MRICS will be provided support and training to achieve this.
