Aprirose, the real estate investment company, has appointed Robert Bindless as Head of Transactions and Legal, and Robert Kennedy as Vice President of Asset Management, as the business continues to grow.
Mr Bindless joins as Head of Transactions and Legal. Previously, Senior Lawyer of Global Transactions real estate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, at Aprirose he will be responsible for the management and delivery of Aprirose’s acquisition and disposal pipeline.
Mr Bindless started his career at Hammond Suddards, before working at Macfarlanes, Clifford Chance LLP, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Berwin Leighton Paisner where he was Partner Real Estate, and Mayer Brown International, before joining Freshfields. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, working for a number of key real estate investment clients such as Cerberus, Pandox Blackstone and TPG.
Mr Kennedy’s role will be to maximise value through active asset management activities across Aprirose’s portfolio. He joins from private investment firm Starwood Capital Europe Advisers LLP, where he led real estate asset management activities for multiple assets across Europe. Prior to joining Starwood Capital, Mr Kennedy worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Executive in Real Estate Corporate Finance.
