Arlington, a leading business space and logistics developer and asset manager, has announced that it has signed a deal with Daiichi Sankyo to house its UK headquarters at Uxbridge Business Park in west London.
The pharmaceutical company is taking 10,854 sq ft on the second floor of Building 4 on the business park and has agreed a 10-year lease. It is relocating from Gerrrards Cross.
Dan Pagella, Commercial Director at Arlington said: “We’re delighted to welcome Daiichi Sankyo to Uxbridge Business Park as they continue to grow their UK business. We’ve invested substantially in the park, creating a really special environment that supports our occupiers in attracting and retaining the best talent to grow and develop their businesses. The amenities, events and lifestyle support we’ve developed, combined with our ability to accommodate requirements from a single desk to a self-contained headquarters give us everything we need to provide our customers with the best possible support. We’re looking forward to seeing Daiichi Sankyo continue to flourish on the Park.”
Manuel Reiberg, General Manager, Daiichi Sankyo UK Ltd added: “As a company we are very excited about how the Head Office relocation will help provide the springboard to take our organisation to the next level. The organisation has been undergoing significant growth during the past three years and we believe that Uxbridge Business Park’s facilities, premium office setting and connectivity to London will help to sustain and support that projected growth. I am excited about the impact our new setting will have on stimulating greater collaboration between colleagues, spur creative ways of working, and help us to deliver for the customers, healthcare professionals and patients which we serve.”
Uxbridge Business Park has a superb Clubhouse amenity hub, including meeting rooms, studio space and restaurant alongside sports facilities with an all-weather 5-a-side pitch and multi-use games area, all run by the Park’s full time Lifestyle Manager.
Earlier this year, Arlington added to its offer by launching its increasingly popular Adapt by Arlington co-working concept on the park, providing high quality offices in a straightforward, all-inclusive financial package.
Uxbridge Business Park is also home to Amgen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mondelez, Xerox and Lifescan.
