Wards Solicitors has appointed a new Head of Commercial and Corporate Services.
Established lawyer Marina MacLennan will be based in Bristol where she will advise individuals and businesses, particularly SMEs, in all aspects of commercial and corporate law.
Marina brings extensive experience in share and asset sales and purchases, funding arrangements, business structure and company reorganisations to her role, as well as share buy backs, complex share structure and shareholder agreements.
She also specialises in helping directors or shareholders struggling with disagreements within their business, as well as advising in cases of financial distress or insolvency.
Since qualifying in 2008, Marina has worked for law firms in Bristol and London.
