Tom Eddolls has joined the Cardiff office of property consultancy Knight Frank as a graduate surveyor.
Aged 28, Tom is due to complete an MSc degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment at UWE this summer. He will begin studying for his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification – the practical training and assessment which leads to membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) – this Spring, and during the two year APC period will also work across Knight Frank’s office agency, valuation and residential development teams.
Tom said: “Speaking to anyone in the Cardiff property market it is clear that Knight Frank is a market-leading player and I look forward to developing my career with the team.”

Away from work Tom enjoys playing rugby, and is also in the British Army Reserve, as a member of the Royal Monmouth Militia part of the Royal Engineers Regiment.
