Premier Inn Hotels Ltd, Britains largest hotel chain has recently opened a new hotel in Park Street, Camberley.
Acting on behalf of Isle of Man based developer, Camberley Development Ltd, Goadsby negotiated the letting on the new 95 bed hotel and restaurant, located in Camberley town centre.
Premier Inn entered into a new 25 year lease at an annual rent of £420,000 per annum, with rental uplifts linked to CPI every 5 years. advised Premier Inn.
