Joelson, the London law firm, has advised Four Quarters, London’s first arcade bar, on an investment from Edition Capital
Four Quarters currently operate in both Hackney and Peckham and allow customers to enjoy a bar setting, paired with original arcade games.
The investment from advisory group Edition Capital, which specialises in entertainment and leisure, will enable the business to expand across the UK.
Joelson’s corporate and commercial team advised the Four Quarters Founders on all aspects of the transaction, from the initial terms of deal through to execution, and was led by partner Phil Hails-Smith, working with solicitor Harriet McDonald.
