London-based property development and investment company, Gatsby Group has completed the refurbishment of Landmark Court, an established business park in Leeds.
The London-based developer has invested £200,000 in the refurbishment which includes upgrades to the internal specification of each building and the external landscaping.
Landmark Court comprises seven detached self-contained office buildings set within a landscaped site on Elland Road, one mile south of Leeds city centre.
Cushman & Wakefield and Carter Towler are the joint letting agents at Landmark Court.
There are currently three buildings available to let at Landmark Court offering between 2,790 sq ft and 8,780 sq ft of office space. Existing occupiers at the park include Leeds City Council, EDSB Fire & Security, Instrumental and Callidus.
Harry Finney of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office agency team in Leeds, said: “We are delighted to launch the buildings to market following a significant refurbishment. The buildings provide the design, quality and specification required by a modern office occupier and benefit from excellent access to Junction 2 of the M621 motorway.”
Philip Shopland-Reed, Associate at Carter Towler commented: “Landmark Court is in a great location just minutes from the city centre and with the motorway junction only a stone’s throw away. The estate was waiting for an injection of capital to improve the immediate surroundings and the quality of the space on offer on the business park, which is exactly what Gatsby have done. The buildings now offer excellent quality office space with parking ratios rarely seen in the city.”
