Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of Gregor Porteous for its market leading Operational Real Estate (OPRE) Scotland team.
Gregor joins the firm from J&E Shepherd in Edinburgh where he was a commercial surveyor in the Valuation team for over five years. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
Based in CBRE’s Glasgow office as a senior surveyor, Gregor will work alongside Jonathan Mitchell and Kathryn Bennett to cover the whole of Scotland with the OPRE team, undertaking all aspects of valuation for the healthcare, pubs, leisure, hotels and student accommodation sectors.
