The Real Estate team at JMW Solicitors has advised PAGG Properties on the acquisition of Europa House.
The 7,500 sq. ft. building is located within the popular Crewe Business Park. Its purchase complements Electra House, part of PAGG Properties’ existing portfolio, and allows PAGG to expand its co-working brand, Corspace.
Corspace offers high-quality, dedicated office space alongside co-working and hot-desking facilities, with occupiers benefiting from on-site parking, electric car-charging points and a unique online community for members to manage bookings, share information and make valuable business connections.
Tom Cressey, Real Estate Partner at JMW Solicitors, said: “We’re pleased to have been able to advise PAGG on this latest deal. With demand for high-quality, well-designed co-working space showing no signs of abating – particularly outside the city core – we’ve no doubt that this second location will prove as successful as the first.”
Brian Reay, Director at PAGG, said: “The purchase of Europa House will expand our existing portfolio and allow us to extend our flexible and co-working offer, Corspace, which we have just launched at Electra House. We have worked hard to make sure we offer high quality and modern offices with the best co-working space in the area, aimed at supporting start-up and established businesses alike. Our latest acquisition will allow us to further extend our provision at this excellent business park.”
