Colliers International has hired Tom Kilkenny as an associate director in its hospitality asset management team. Tom previously worked for Vision Asset Management Co. which was acquired by Colliers in 2017.
In his new role as asset manager Tom will be responsible for a range of singular hotel assets and portfolios, working with clients including Covivio and Nuveen. The hospitality asset management team is responsible for driving the performance of a range of leisure properties through a system of micro management and macro advice.
