The Manchester office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has announced the arrival of a new partner in its commercial property team.
Alex Walsh joins the firm with experience in acquisitions and disposals, leases and licenses, estate management and corporate support and development.
Qualifying in 2006 with commercial firm Nexus Solicitors in Manchester, Alex subsequently gained experience in large regional and international firms.
At Clarke Willmott he will act for a variety of clients including OMBs, individual investors, banks, charities, pension funds and SMEs and startups.
Alex is the latest in a string of appointments at the Manchester office which has experienced rapid growth in the last year.

The commercial property team advises on all aspects of the commercial property life-cycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal and everything in between.
