The slow but tangible rise in commercial property activity has prompted one of the region’s leading advisers in the sector to strengthen its team with four new appointments.
Stephen Newson has joined Michelmores’ commercial property team as an associate having worked as a senior associate in the real estate division of City of London firm Herbert Smith LLP. He has extensive experience in investment and development transactions as well as corporate property matters.
Newly qualified Solicitors Jonathan Lane and Rebecca Strong also join the firm’s commercial property team together with paralegal Jemima Slade.
