Vacant office space at one of the largest buildings on Exeter’s Pynes Hill Office Campus is filling up, report the letting agents.
Milford House is one of the most modern buildings on the business park, having been built in 2005, and is situated in a prominent position at the entrance to the estate. It offers around 45,000 square feet of high-quality office space over three floors, accessed via a spacious galleried foyer. Occupiers in the building include Santander, BPA and Babcock, while a section of the ground floor totalling 10,592 square feet was vacated earlier this year.
The management of the building reverted to the landlord, Eagle One, in April of this year, since when a rolling programme of improvements has been in progress, including redesign of the shared lobby areas and enhancement of the vacant suites and car parking areas.
A ground floor suite of 2,703 square feet was let in September 2019 to Webrecruit, an Exeter-based online recruitment firm. Kye Daniel at JLL comments ‘’It was great to see a growing company commit to larger space in Exeter given the economic climate and uncertainty at the time’’. David Jones at Webrecruit comments ‘’Milford House is a great home for our business; the prominence of the building and communication links have huge benefits to our company and we look forward to what the future will now bring’’.
A further ground floor suite of 5,332 square feet is now under offer to a company looking to relocate and merge current offices in the city, with relocation scheduled for early 2020. On completion, this will leave a suite of around 2,000 square feet as the only space available at Milford House. For details, contact the agents JLL or Stratton Creber Commercial.
