Racehorse Owners Association (ROA) is relocating its High Holborn office to Reading by taking space at Tw12ve, Forbury Road, Reading.
ROA has acquired the 5th floor, taking 2,271 sq ft on a 10 year lease at £37 per sq ft, and was particularly keen to secure the space due to the building’s close proximity to the station, highly contemporary design, private roof terrace and concierge reception.
The five storey office building, owned by BMO Global Asset Management, has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment which includes shower facilities, bicycle racks, communal roof terrace, electric car charging points and pre-installed digital infrastructure. ROA joins NVM Equity who is based on the 4th floor. The guiding rent is mid to high 30’s and 8,685 sq ft is currently available.
Charlie Liverton, Chief Executive at ROA: “We are very excited about moving to Reading and Tw12ve, the town has excellent amenities, strong connectivity and will help us maintain our high levels of productivity and customer care”.
Blanche Longley, Asset Manager at BM: “We are pleased to welcome ROA to Tw12ve and are delighted that our recent investment into tenant friendly workspace is paying off. We look forward to announcing more lettings in the future.”
