Offices iQ, the market leading broker and consultancy of flexible and coworking space to the enterprise and corporate sector, has announced the appointment of Paul Swift as Enterprise Solutions Director.
Paul will be based in London and his remit will include working with corporate clients in developing strategic plans for the integration of flexible space into commercial real estate portfolios.
Whilst based in London, Offices iQ operates globally, and Paul will be responsible for developing client strategies across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Paul joins Offices iQ following five years co-running the Business Development team at The Instant Group and previously worked at MWB Business Exchange and Regus/IWG, boasting over 17 years’ experience in the flexspace and coworking sector across sales, account management and training.
