Sarlou Holdings Limited, advised jointly by Savills and Barker Storey Matthews, has let the former Jobcentre Plus at Hartford House in Huntingdon to Change Grow Live.
The leading social care charity has agreed to a new 10-year lease and will occupy the 4,788 sq ft (443 sq m) two storey building in its entirety, paying an annual rent of £50,000.
