Matthews & Goodman, a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy, has invited Tom Norfolk to join the proprietary Partnership. He will be a Member of the LLP.
Based in London, Tom will be responsible for directing the firm’s Valuation team in the south and, working closely with the recently appointed Valuation Member Phil Winckles, grow the national Valuation capability and portfolio of clients.
A highly experienced Consulting Valuer, Tom has provided national and international clients, with valuation and consultancy advice. Specialising in advising real estate finance providers, corporates, ‘prop cos’ and investors on UK commercial property. His expertise includes providing valuations and strategic property reviews across secured lending financial reporting and consulting valuations, as well as industrial valuations within the M25, project management for Portfolio Valuations, CPO related valuations and Planning Viability
Prior to joining Matthews & Goodman, Tom was a Director of CBRE for almost five years and prior to that eight years at Cushman and Wakefield.

Outside work, Tom plays a bit of Water polo, cycles here and there and spends as much time as possible with his young family.
