DeVono Cresa, the UK’s leading occupier-only commercial property consultants, has announced the addition of Dan Robinson and Paul Danks as Directors to its senior team to lead the expansion of its Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) service offering. Dan and Paul will be primarily located in London and will lead on developing an integrated service offering and solution for occupier clients across the UK, Europe and globally.
Together, Dan and Paul bring over 55 years of combined experience to DeVono Cresa working with international clients such as Bayer, Siemens and Rolls-Royce, amongst others. Both have extensive experience in advising major corporate occupiers on ensuring their real estate portfolios are both ‘fit for purpose’ and making a positive contribution to business operations.

Before joining DeVono Cresa, Dan and Paul were Executive Managing Directors at Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) Global Corporate Services, responsible for leading overall growth and development of the EMEA corporate service platform alongside NKF’s European partner, Knight Frank.
Paul Danks has previously held leadership roles at businesses such as NAI Fuller Peiser, BNP Paribas Real Estate, NAI Global, and is currently President-Elect of SIOR (The Society of Industrial & Office Realtors).
