The UK’s leading niche retail and leisure agent, Lunson Mitchenall, has extended its London team with the appointment of Zaz Robb. This comes shortly after Lunson Mitchenall announced an array of promotions at the firm last month.
Zaz, who is formerly of Shackleton, joins the London team as a surveyor at the firm’s new office in Covent Garden. In her role at Lunson Mitchenall, Zaz will be working on projects including Canary Wharf, The O2, Brent Cross, Southbank Centre and Elephant & Castle, as well as a range of clients such as AEG, Crosstree, Hammerson, The Canary Wharf Group and Delancey.
Peter Courtney, Head of London and Director, Lunson Mitchenall, said: “It is great to welcome Zaz to our London team, someone with significant industry experience who will bring fresh ideas and knowledge to our exciting projects and clients. This hire will further boost our capabilities to grow and develop our partnerships.”
Zaz Robb added: “The London team at Lunson Mitchenall has an impressive array of schemes which I am looking forward to working on, and in particular bringing my expertise in Central London retail and leisure. I look forward to getting fully immersed in the job and bringing my expertise in independents and digital brands to the firm.”
Lunson Mitchenall’s London team currently advises on over 4 million sq ft of space across the capital and provides long term strategic advice across large mixed-use projects, having advised on the Kings Cross Partnership, Battersea Power Station and the Howard de Walden Estates revitalization of Marylebone.
