CBRE’s Office Agency team in Liverpool has sold Connect Business Village on Derby Road in Liverpool to property investment company, Yakel Consultants Limited. CBRE advised the seller.
Connect Business Village is a prestigious scheme comprising a 25,000 sq ft HQ for social enterprise business PSS and 15 high specification self-contained two storey offices ranging from 1,488 to 3,526 sq ft, developed in partnership with Liverpool Land Development Company and Northshore (Atlantic Gateway) Strategic Investment Area.
Located on the A565 Derby Road and adjacent to Sandhills train station, the Village is in an excellent position on the edge of Liverpool City Centre. The business village benefits from good access to and from the region with both the Birkenhead and Wallasey Tunnels within a short distance, as well as arterial routes to the motorway network.
Manchester law firm Kuits advised Yakel on the purchase and property finance for the acquisition.
