London Clancy has sold 15 Campbell Court, Bramley, Basingstoke to Meteor Communications (Europe) Limited for £235,000.
Meteor provides managed solutions for monitoring rivers and water bodies. The Environment Agency is one of their clients.
“The Basingstoke market for offices in the 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft range has definitely improved in the last 6 months” continues Clay, “the vacancy rate at Campbell Court alone has fallen from 20% to under 5% in the last six months”.
