Sovereign Centros, on behalf of Orion Capital Managers, has signed Skechers to open a store within the new Fashion Quarter, Telford Shopping Centre.
Skechers has signed a 10 year lease on a 2,936 sq ft store and will open this Easter.
The US-footwear brand joins an impressive list of recent openings at the Fashion Quarter including Superdry, H&M, River Island, New Look, Next, Jamaica Blue, Coffee Number 1 and Deichmann, with the latter currently fitting out their new store.

The Telford Centre incorporates over 1 million sq ft of retail and leisure space, attracts in excess of 15 million shoppers a year and is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and Primark.
