The Bury St Edmunds office of Barker Storey Matthews – now part of Eddisons – has acted on behalf of the vendor in the sale of 83,884 sq ft of industrial warehouse and office space in Thetford, Norfolk to Advanced Air UK Ltd, a leading manufacturer of air distribution and fire safety systems.
The premises at Stephenson House on Stephenson Way, Thetford are set on a 2.85 acre site which have been acquired by Advanced Air UK Ltd – whose principal site is also in the Norfolk town – for use as additional manufacturing, assembly and warehouse space, as well as supplementary offices, staff areas and parking.
The strategic acquisition of Stephenson House comes at a time of significant expansion for Advanced Air UK Ltd and is one of several investments the company has made in recent months which include new equipment and personnel.
