Aberdeen Standard Investments has let Cosford Point, a 100,178 sq ft industrial warehouse in Rugby, Warwickshire.
Aberdeen has secured a ten-year lease on the property, which will be occupied by third party logistics operator Hi-Speed Services Ltd. The rent is undisclosed.
Cosford Point, on Cosford Lane, provides warehouse accommodation with 11 dock loading doors, three level access doors and 12m high bay, plus ground and first floor offices and 164 car parking spaces.
Property consultants CBRE, along with joint agents Avison Young, advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the letting.
Melissa Wase-Rogers, director in CBRE’s industrial and logistics team in Birmingham, said: “Cosford Point recently underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and this, coupled with its location and access to transport links, being in the Midland’s ‘Golden Triangle’, made it perfect for Hi-Speed Services Ltd.”
