Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Ned Jones to head its Capital Markets team in Birmingham.
Ned joins the firm as a Partner from the Birmingham office of Savills where he spent seven years in its investment team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial investments across the Midlands.
Prior to that he spent 12 years at DTZ before its merger with Cushman & Wakefield.
In his new role he will be responsible for leading the Capital Markets team in Birmingham, advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investments for a range of clients including institutions, developers, property companies and high net worth private investors.
He will work alongside Partner, David Smeeton and Associate, James Bladon, based at Cushman & Wakefield’s offices at No.1 Colmore Square.
