Leading South West property consultancy Alder King has appointed Josh Bryant as a senior surveyor in its lease advisory team in Bristol.
Josh has joined the firm after four years with Lambert Smith Hampton in Bristol where he advised local, regional and national clients across the South West on all aspects of commercial leasing.
Josh will work alongside partner Andrew Watson who leads Alder King’s lease advisory team.
He said: “Josh joins us at a time of increasing demand for lease advisory services and is a great addition to the team, bringing sound relevant experience and enthusiasm to the role. He will be advising our landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears across a broad range of commercial property types.”
