Commercial agents Harris Lamb have let the final suite at a Stoke office park, bringing the building to full capacity.
Acting on behalf of M7 Real Estate, the business has completed the final letting at Etruria Office Village following a refurbishment at the Forge Lane site.
The Facilities Management division of Avison Young has taken the last suite in Building 3, extending to 3,300 sq ft, on a five-year lease at a rent of £12.50 per sq ft.
Harris Lamb originally sold Building 3 together with the adjoining Building 1 to M7 in 2018, with the Agency team being subsequently re-retained by the new landlord to market the space and advise on refurbishment and asset management angles.
Andrew Groves, of Harris Lamb’s Stoke office, said: “We’re delighted to announce ‘a full house’ at the site. The Avison Young team has relocated from Keele Science Park to join other tenants in the building including Thompsons Solicitors and the Crown Prosecution Service.
“Located on the highly successful Festival Park, Etruria Office Village provide modern office accommodation on a well-maintained business park benefiting from excellent access links to the UK motorway network and on-site parking.
“Building 3 is a modern, open-plan three-storey office, and Avison Young has taken on first floor space, following some proactive investment and refurbishment by the landlord to create high quality comfort cooled office space,” he added.
