Ben Davies has joined the Knight Frank Industrial team in Bristol as an industrial agent.
He joins from Knight Frank’s Rural Department and brings with him specialist knowledge of the renewable energy sector.
Ben said: “I am delighted to be joining the Industrial team, which is one of the most respected specialist agencies in the South West.”
Russell Crofts, Industrial partner at the Bristol office said: “Ben knows the region well and his expertise in renewable energy will be of great value in the industrial sector.”
Knight Frank’s industrial department acts on some of the region’s major properties, including Central Park, Crossflow 550, Severnside Trading Estate, Access 18, Celtic Park and a number of substantial warehouses in Swindon.
