Property consultants Alder King have re-assigned the lease on two warehouse units on Kingsland Trading Estate in Bristol on behalf of catering equipment hire company Jongor.
The leases on Units B7 and B8 have been taken by Cakesmiths which operates a bakery from the adjoining unit and required expansion space.
The two units are located opposite Jongor’s head office and were used for storage. However after securing more conveniently located storage space next door, the units became surplus to requirements and Alder King was appointed to find new occupiers.
Emma Smith of Alder King’s industrial agency team said: “These units in Bristol’s traditional industrial heartland are always in strong demand and we were able to quickly identify Cakesmiths as a replacement occupier and finalise the assignment of both leases.”
The units form part of a terrace of warehouse premises and provide a combined 13,110 sq ft of space and a secure yard to the front. Both leases expire in March 2022.
