intu has signed up a new concept from the owner of Hobbs, Whistles, Phase 8 and Damsel in a Dress which together brings together the aspirational brands into one store for the first time.
TFG London has opened at intu Lakeside following a transformative year for the popular shopping destination with the arrival of a £72 million leisure-led extension as well as major investment and bigger stores from retail brands such as Zara and River Island.
The 4,890 sq ft store is the first to feature a TFG London fascia and sits alongside the recently extended River Island and what will become Harrod’s first standalone beauty shop later this year. H Beauty, a 23,000 sq ft store due to open at intu Lakeside in the second half of 2020, will sell products from a range of luxury beauty brands alongside treatments and a coffee and cocktail bar.
Indoor climbing wall operator Rock Up also opened at the centre at the start of this year.
Kate Grant, regional managing director at intu, said: “Thriving shopping and leisure destinations like intu Lakeside are continuing to see huge investment from all kinds of different brands looking to launch new concepts or flagship stores because they know they will flourish here.
“intu Lakeside has an affluent and growing catchment, making it the perfect location for the first TFG London store and its fantastic collection of aspirational brands.”
