Octavian, the Nottingham-based multi-services provider, is targeting growth in 2020 as the company embarks on an acquisition trail.
The company, which provides manned guarding, risk management, facilities management and training services, is looking to augment its rapid organic growth by swooping for a counterpart, after revenues grew by 240% last year, with the company on target to break through the £10 million mark in 2020.
Reshma Sheikh, managing director of Octavian UK said: “We are looking to acquire a manned guarding, cleaning, CCTV or any soft FM ancillary services that compliment the bespoke manned guarding and FM services, we currently provide.”
Reshma’s legal background means she is experienced in restructuring. Her knowledge of restructuring and the facilities management and corporate sector, means that she can turn around struggling companies and make them into profitable businesses.
She added: “We are growing rapidly and looking to surpass our record growth between 2003 and 2013, in a much shorter time. Our 2020 plan is to accelerate this growth, as we have the infrastructure, resources and experience of providing services on a large scale. To achieve this, we will not rule out further acquisitions.”
