Two recent lettings totalling 19,000 sq. ft. at Oldham Central Trading Park, to The Composite Wood Company Ltd and Ribble Packaging Ltd, have confirmed that the Estate is now fully let.
Nolan Redshaw, acting on behalf of the Nuveen Real Estate and their retained Asset Managers, Lambert Smith Hampton and MPAM, have let the last remaining available units in quick succession in January 2020.
The site contains sixteen units and is set over 100,000 sq. ft., which includes a range of occupiers, including Toolstation; The Wolsley Group and Howdens Joinery.
