Knight Frank has bolstered its Bank Lending, Valuation & Advisory team with the hire of Roger Young, Partner.
Working alongside Jeremey Tham who heads up the Knight Frank team, Roger will support the further expansion of the firm’s bank lending, valuation and advisory capabilities.
Roger joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he had been an International Partner for nine years, specialising in business space and industrial valuations. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at GL Hearn and was responsible for setting up the company’s first dedicated valuation team.
Roger brings a wealth of experience carrying out valuations for a range of high profile lending clients, including Wells Fargo, Citibank, PGIM, JP Morgan, BAML, Lloyds, Barclays and fund clients, including Legal & General, Catalyst Capital, FWRE, Atlantic Leaf and Palace Capital.
