Civil and structural engineering consultancy, JPG Group has announced two senior appointments as a part of its succession planning.
Robert Redmond joins JPG as Director responsible for heading up the infrastructures team. Returning to JPG having taken a sabbatical, he has previously worked for a number of local and international consultancies and specialises in highways, drainage and infrastructure design.
With considerable experience across residential, industrial and commercial projects, Robert is committed to achieving client objectives, both practical and commercial, and leading the team to deliver optimum engineering solutions.
Owen Lokuciejewski-Taylor has been promoted to Associate Director and will lead the new Strategic Land team at JPG. With considerable expertise in geological sciences and remediation of the UK’s coal mining legacy, Owen is identified as a rising star at JPG with great potential for leadership and strategic support to clients.
Owen is already leading the integration of the latest BIM software across the company into the Strategic Land team and provides a valued high level, early stage assessments of sites to identify commercial and sustainable development options.
Both Robert an Owen join a strong management team supporting Directors David Allwood and Matthew Potter who continue to assume more responsibility for the strategic direction of the business and overall client servicing. Chris Harding continues to run the business operationally as Managing Director.

JPG continues to enjoy strong growth and now employs 50 people within its Leeds Headquarters. Alongside its Infrastructure and Structures teams it has recently introduced new propositions in Strategic Land Engineering, Geospatial Analysis and BIM Services.
Recent instructions include the new 232,190 sq ft facility for Croda at Goole 36, and Skelton Gate in Leeds, a 170-acre joint venture development between Evans Property Group and Keyland Developments.
