Local firm, Beach Independent Financial Advisors, has created new jobs in Shrewsbury following relocation to Morris Property’s popular Abbey Lawn development.
New tenant, Beach Independent Financial Advisors, which has been established for over 20 years, has leased a suite in Canon Court West, overlooking a pleasant central lawn area at the heart of the Morris Property Abbey Lawn development. In a move from Bridgnorth, which has allowed the firm to employ additional staff, the financial advisors will benefit from modern office accommodation and ample parking within the 60,000 sq ft business park, located in Abbey Foregate.
Rob Dalziel, managing director of Beach Independent Financial Advisors, said: “The transport links to our new offices are one of the key reasons we chose to relocate to Canon Court West. The nearby railway station and ease of access to major roads have made travelling to the office much easier for both me and my colleagues, and it allows us more travel options when visiting our regional and national clients which will become increasingly important in future years.
“The office is ideal for our future expansion, in an area in which it is a pleasure to work. We are delighted with the offices.”
Abbey Lawn is excellently located on the fringe of Shrewsbury town centre enjoying the benefit of easy access to public transport the motorway network via the M54, whilst also being within a short walking distance of the town centre.
Iain Mills of Towler Shaw Roberts said: “Abbey Lawn continues to be seen as one of the best office locations in Shrewsbury by business occupiers with various deals being completed within the past 12 months. We also hope to announce the letting of a further suite in Observer House shortly with interest being received in a 2,200 sq ft ground floor office suite situated in Canon Court East.”
