Leading south coast commercial property solicitors Steele Raymond LLP have advised Dorset-based Broadshade Group Ltd on the acquisition of another significant office investment in Bristol.
The substantial 12,534 sq ft building at Axis Beta has been acquired from Amberside Investments Limited. Axis Beta is located in North Bristol on Almondsbury Business Park, adjacent to the M4/M5 interchange.
The acquisition follows a number of other acquisitions in Bristol by Broadshade Group Ltd in recent years.
Broadshade Group Ltd are a well-established property investment and development company, with interests ranging from forestry in the north east of Scotland to commercial property development projects in the south of England.
Commenting on the acquisition Broadshade Group’s Property Portfolio Manager, Louise Leat, said: “We are delighted to have secured another freehold office in Bristol as part of Broadshade Group’s growing investment portfolio. We have a number of improvements planned for the building, to ensure that the quality of accommodation is commensurate with its excellent location close to the motorway network.”
The legal aspects of the transaction were led by partners and commercial property solicitors Chris Twaits and Jennifer Rogerson.
