CEG, advised jointly by Savills and Barker Storey Matthews, has let office space at Stuart House on City Road in Peterborough to Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd.
The expert fund management business has agreed to a new five-year lease for space totalling 1,640 sq ft (152 sq m) and will occupy part of the first floor in the recently refurbished three storey building.
Following this latest deal there are currently just three suites available, meaning circa 95% of the property is now let.
Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills, comments: “It is testament to the investment made by CEG into the building that it has seen such significant activity over the past 18 months. Introducing amenity including a café and gym, which now offers free classes, has really appealed to occupiers, especially as it is one of the only locations to offer this kind of space across the city.”
