Ross Criddle has relocated from Knight Frank’s Hong Kong office to London, joining as a partner in the International Occupier Services team, led by Colin Fitzgerald.
Joining the Hong Kong office in 2010 as Associate Director, Ross has advised a number of the global real estate adviser’s high-profile clients including, HSBC, Nokia, Li & Fung, L’Oréal and Covance throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
Returning to London, he will draw upon his extensive occupier experience to spearhead and drive business development.

By engaging the local expertise in each of our international hubs, the London-based team provides lease administrations, strategy and transactional services to organisations that require a regionally coordinated offering.
Recently, Ross played an integral part in securing Knight Frank’s mandate to manage the Asia Pacific and EMEA portfolio of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT), one of the world’s largest technology and business providers. The portfolio spans 10.6 million sq ft across the two regions.
