DTZ Investors (DTZI) have announced the appointment of Ritesh Ramchandani as Head of Debt Strategies & Capital Markets. This senior hire builds on DTZI’s continued drive to broaden its growth strategy in UK and Europe.
Ramchandani specialises in capital raising for real estate strategies across the risk spectrum and played an instrumental role in DTZI’s recent acquisition of Tesco Distribution Centre, Ireland. He brings a wealth of experience from prior investment roles at GE Capital, Landmark Partners and Standard Chartered. Ramchandani has transacted over €8 billion of real estate investments across the capital structure and asset classes in UK, Europe & Asia-Pacific.

2019 was an active year for DTZI with successes including the investment of c. €425 million across Europe on behalf of Asian investors in three separate deals. The firm also saw success with third party funds, achieving the first pre-let of its French Logistics Fund as well as partnering with The Collective to launch COLIV, the first unlisted collective investment vehicle investing in large scale, purpose-built co-living buildings in London, UK.
