A business dealing in luxury watches and fine art has taken space in Salisbury city centre.
Bramlys Ltd is leasing an office suite at 49B Castle Street following a deal brokered by city property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting rent for the 412 sq ft (38.27 sq m) first floor suite was £3,950 per annum and Bramlys has agreed a five year lease.
Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “The experienced and knowledgeable team at Bramlys has combined experience in dealing with luxury watches and fine art for more than 30 years.
“I was pleased to help this passionate company locate the premises they required in Castle Street, a prime location for commercial and professional offices.
“The company offers a wide range of pre-owned and new luxury watches and will be incorporating fine art in to the model later on in the year.
The self-contained Castle Street office suite has cloakroom facilities, is carpeted and has central heating. It was considered ideal for a small to medium business seeking a solid city centre base at an attractive rent.
