Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre has leased a 1,944 sqft unit at The Courtyard on Vinnetrow Business Park following recent business growth.
The company, which has been based in Chichester town centre for the last four years, has grown six-fold in recent years, both in terms of turnover and staff, leading it to seek new premises locally.
It has taken a 15-year lease at Unit 5, The Courtyard, which was formerly home to Chichester Free School.
Strategically situated just outside Chichester on the A27 south coast trunk road, The Courtyard, which is owned by Kingsbridge Estates, offers a range of Grade A office suites spanning 900 sqft to 2,452 sqft.
The site underwent significant refurbishment in 2018 now offers a variety of flexible grade A office opportunities, which attracted Michael Mason, principle chiropractor at Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre.
“Having visited over 20 modern chiropractors in the US to gain inspiration for our business, we were clear on what we wanted from our new premises. The Courtyard offered us just that.
“A modern space which we could customise to allow us to operate more efficiently with the latest technologies, whilst also offering our clients better access and parking, within striking distance of Chichester,” commented Mr Mason.
Marketed by property consultancy, Vail Williams LLP, on behalf of Kingsbridge Estates, the single-storey offices provide a good level of natural light with ample parking, including electric charging points and bike storage facilities.
Sean Kaufmann, the associate at Vail Williams responsible for marketing the site, commented: “The quality of the refurbishment to The Courtyard is such that it offers potential tenants the flexibility they want at the fit-out stages, in order to create a bespoke workplace.
“With ample onsite parking and access to the A27, this is a strategically located site for businesses wishing to be within striking distance of Chichester, from an out of town location.”
Refurbishment works to The Courtyard buildings were carefully planned by Kingsbridge Estates to offer high quality, versatile space to suit a range of businesses.
Rachel Lacklison, Asset Manager at Kingsbridge Estates, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre to Vinnetrow Business Park. It is great to see how they have fitted out their space to create a dynamic clinic setting. Off the back of their success, we will be submitting a planning application to secure flexible use consent which we hope will attract similar users.”
Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre has invested significantly in the fit out of their new premises, creating a large reception area for drop-in sessions, with five modern treatment rooms and onsite x-ray facilities.
“It can be expensive and inconvenient for us to refer clients out for x-ray and our aim to get people’s lives back on track as soon as possible. The Courtyard enables us to have cutting-edge facilities onsite which will not only help us to diagnose problems quicker but will also help us to implement treatment plans with greater efficiency,” concluded Mr Mason.
The business held an open day for existing and prospective clients at their new premises on Saturday 18 January.
Flude Commercial are joint agents alongside Vail Williams. Further units are available to let.
