Leisure property specialist Fleurets is delighted to announce that Jonathan Parrish has joined their hotel and investment teams.
Working from the London head office, Parrish joins Fleurets as a Divisional Director and will be advising clients on the sale of hotel businesses, hotel development and investment projects, working alongside Directors Ed Sandall and Paul Hardwick.
Jonathan has spent over 35 years as a broker and advisor in the hotel and licensed real estate sector covering the whole of the UK, most latterly focused on hotel development, covering site and building sales, operator search and selection projects (letting and management contract negotiations) as well as forward funding and standing investment sales.
