St. Modwen have announced the sale of an 18,000 sq. ft. unit, to Burgaflex Ltd, from Heywood.
Burgaflex are part of an international company, with manufacturing sites across the world.
This will be their UK manufacturing base.
This is the first transaction on this site, with more than 50% of the site being in legal hands.
Further transactions should be announced shortly.
