Global property consultancy Knight Frank has recruited Lewys Charles as a graduate surveyor to further strengthen its commercial property team in Bristol.
Knight Frank’s Bristol office is based on Whiteladies Road in Clifton and advises on many of the region’s leading commercial buildings.
Lewys Charles gained a degree in Geography at Cardiff University and a Masters degree in Real Estate at the University of the West of England (UWE). Lewys said: “This was a marvellous opportunity to work for one of the city’s leading companies. Knight Frank has a partnership structure that allows everyone to pursue a shared goal and also share in the success.”
Over the next two years, Lewys will study for his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification, the practical training and assessment which leads to membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). During that period he will also work on a range of projects for Knight Frank’s team in Bristol.
Steve Oades, head of the Bristol office of Knight Frank, said: “We are always keen to grow our team organically by recruiting the best graduates who will go on to become the firm’s leaders of the future and Lewys fits that profile perfectly.”
