Control Design and Development Ltd, advised by Savills, has acquired office space at Summit Park in Hampton, Peterborough from Beeson Wright Ltd.
The company, which is part of the Bühler Group, is a leading Automation Systems Integrator providing innovative control solutions for a wide variety of Food Manufacturing applications. A new 15-year lease for space totalling 5,376 sq ft (500 sq m) has been agreed and the company will move from Fenlake House in Eastern Industry in early 2020
