Aberdeen UK Property Fund, advised jointly by Savills and Richardson’s, has let Unit 19A at Axis Park on Manasty Road in Orton Southgate, Peterborough to Elite Auto Centre.
The automotive firm has agreed to a new five year lease for warehouse space totalling 2,759 sq ft (256.32 sq m).
The letting follows a recent flurry of deals at the park, which has seen drain cleaning and maintenance firm, Metro Rod, and Any Place Media acquire space at the scheme with existing occupier E F Engineering committing to an additional 2,768 sq ft. As a result, there are now only a small number of units available to let at a starting quoting rent of £7.50 per sq ft (£80.70 per sq m).

Following a recent string of lettings, we are expecting strong interest in the remaining units.”
