An office and workshop building on a popular Worcester trading estate has been snapped up by Initium Holdings for over £300,000.
Having been instructed by Dolphin Computer Access to place the freehold opportunity on the market, commercial agents at Harris Lamb said there was significant interest in the property.
The 4,655 sq ft property, units 96C and 96D on the Blackpole Trading Estate West, was purchased by Midlands-based property company Initium Holdings for more than £300,000.
Sara Garratt, of Harris Lamb’s Agency team, said: “Commercial opportunities of this type don’t come to market often, and with demand for space throughout Worcestershire being at a premium, we knew that there would be a lot of interest from potential occupiers and investors.
“The property is located on a popular, well-appointed business estate, and benefits from 10 on-site car parking spaces. With both Worcester City Centre and Junction 6 of the M5 being two miles away, the excellent UK access links proved a significant factor in attracting interest from businesses seeking opportunities in the heart of the country.
“Further to a number of enquiries and offers, Initium Holdings successfully secured the building, and the business is now set to embark on an extensive refurbishment of the property.”
