East Midlands property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its asset management team with the appointment of two surveyors, who between them have over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Andy Nuttall has joined the firm as Associate Director while Oliver Taplin returns as a qualified surveyor.
An experienced property manager, Andy began his career in 2000 as a Surveyor at Clowes Developments and has since worked in both private practice and client-side, acting for a wide range of clients. Most recently he was Regional Surveyor at National Car Parks, managing the operational portfolio in the South East.
He said: “I’m excited to have the opportunity to work at Innes England as they have a great reputation and are very well respected across the East Midlands.”
Innes England, which has offices across the East Midlands in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, has also welcomed back former graduate Oliver Taplin into a senior role.
A Derby native, Oliver left Innes England in 2018 to join One Stop Stores Ltd where he gained experience in client-side landlord and tenant matters and completed his Assessment of Professional Competence.
He now re-joins the team at Innes England as a surveyor and qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
He said: “I’m incredibly pleased to be back at Innes England after some time away and am looking forward to working with clients, new and existing.”
Head of Asset Management Gary Woodward said: “I’m delighted to welcome these additions to the asset management team. Our workload is increasing all the time and we’re extremely positive about the future.
“Andy is a great fit and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which will enhance our expertise and service, while Oliver will be able to showcase his abilities with our expanding client base.”
