eb7, the specialist rights of light and wider property consultancy firm, has made four new appointments to its London team.
Stephen Parker (joined 2nd Dec)
Stephen, a Rights of Light and Party Wall expert will join as a Director of the business.
Stephen has extensive experience and a strong client base having practiced for over 17 years advising on Rights of Light, Daylight and Sunlight assessments and Party Wall matters. Previous clients vary from large overseas clients to local authorities and independent property developers.
Joining from Malcolm Hollis, where he led a team, Stephen previously practiced at Neighbourly Matters specialists Delva Patman Redler. He joins eb7 with a remit to grow a team and support the growth, strong market presence and reputation for excellence that the practice has built over the past 12 years.
Harry Gregory (joined 2nd Dec)
Harry is an experienced Neighbourly Matters specialist joining as a senior surveyor in the Rights of Light / Daylight and Sunlight team. He joins from specialist consultancy The Hopps Partnership where he has practiced for over 4 years. He has previous experience as a commercial surveyor at Martyn Gerard.
Harry has a wide range of experience on commercial and residential developments of all sizes and brings a diverse client base to eb7.
Sean Carroll (joined 2nd Dec)
Sean joins the Party Wall team having previously worked at Tayross Associates and Anderson Wilde & Harris.
Strengthening eb7’successful Neighbourly Matters and Building Surveying offer Sean will be working across a broad range of major projects. Sean has a diverse background and range of interests including having played semi-professional rugby and boxed as amateur.
Helen Anderson (joined 9th Dec)
Helen has 10 years’ experience in the property sector, including 7 years as a Neighbourly Matters and rights of light specialist. She joins as an Associate alongside Ian Thody to further strengthen the team. The team has a strong pipeline of work for a diverse client base and Helen will be advising on a wide range of projects.
Helen has previously won recognition from various professional bodies for her work and joins from Brooke Vincent Partners.
